Greetings on the New Year 2025.

What gives us hope in a year where continuation and institutionalization of several disasters are predetermined? 
 
Million unassuming people making one small change in their lives each day asserting their sense of what is right by the planet is what gives me hope. 
 
Farmers, Rural Women, Artisans, Entrepreneurs, Intellectuals, and Students are taking that one small step of change every day to make the planet a better place.  
 
They don't pretend to change the world, they are not going to be glossily presented to us or celebrated for their effort and most importantly, they are not wasting time asking the dampening question - "what will happen by my small change?".  These million changes if we start noticing them are ushering in a revolution in plain sight, a revolution without much noise or coordination, a revolution that embodies a synthesis of alignment with the larger planetary needs. 
 
Let's celebrate the spirit of the unassuming individuals this year and be the hope the planet desires to see. 
 
Last few years our annual report has been many pages and images filled, this year we have made it simpler as a learning smaller document.  The same is available here
 
Wishing you stay healthy, cheerful and hopeful in 2025.
